LOW CARB BUTTER COOKIES WITH ALMOND FLOUR

Keto butter biscuits, these very low carb are made with butter and bread and eggless. Great for the holidays.



These butter biscuits took a little experimentation to get appropriate. I began with my shortbread butter bars recipe and substituted wheat bread with almond milk, white sugar together with erythritol (more on this later), also omitted the egg. The dough has been sticky and buttery to handle. My iteration used just enough to make a cookie dough, butter. Eggs are not required in this recipe -- that the butter melts the ingredients all . Be aware that I used butter not melted butter that is liquid.

Straightforward butter biscuits perfect for your holiday season. Very low and keto carb.

INGREDIENTS

  1. 3 tbsp butter softened to room temperature
  2. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven
  2. Get a baking sheet lined with even a skillet or parchment paper.
  3. In a bowlcombine all ingredients, till hammering a dough thoroughly stirring. First it'll look and it will develop into a dough, as you stir.
  4. Use the dough to sort balls, putting them. There ought to be approximately 12 balls.
  5. Flatten each ball flatten forming a pattern and then rotate 90 degrees. Or form to layout and a different shape.
  6. Bake in 350 F until the biscuits are golden around the edges depending on the depth of these biscuits.
  7. When they are from the oven the biscuits will be soft. Let cool before removing them.
  8. Since it cannot be digested by the body, nutrition information doesn't consist of erythritol.
