Dark Chocolate Cranberry Almond Cookies

Caramel + apple spice... you understand I love ya, but does anything really contrast to dark chocolate? Chocolate, cinnamon, almonds, and cranberries that are sour? There is simply no competition. And I am sorry to my true love, ♥ raisins ♥, since they don't match as delightfully with black chocolate as dried cranberries do.

The cookie dough is a bit of an evaluation experiment. It is based off of those chocolate chip cookies that were soft. I understand that a lot of you love these cookies so it was a no-brainer starting stage for the version of today off. I added a bit of bread to mass up the dough, but maybe not too much to wash the biscuits -- just two Tablespoons out.

Description

I've ever made! These super chocolate cranberry vanilla biscuits are filled with taste.

Ingredients

2 cups + 2 Tablespoons (265g) all-purpose flour (spoonful & spoon )

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp cornstarch

1/2 tsp salt

1 and 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

1/2 cup (55g) chopped, slivered, or sliced almonds (I used nearer to 2/3 cup)*

Directions

Whisk the flour, baking soda, cornstarch, cinnamon, and salt together. Put aside.

Put in a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment or a large bowl, beat the butter and sugars together on medium-high rate until creamy and smooth . Add vanilla and the egg and beat until blended on high speed. Scrape down the sides and up the base as necessary to blend and beat.

Add the dry ingredients and blend on low until blended. Cover and chill the dough for at least two hours in the fridge (and around 4 times ). If frightening for more than a couple of hours, let sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes prior to baking and rolling since the dough is going to be rather difficult.

Put aside.

Roll roughly 1.5 Tablespoons of dough per cookie, cookie dough cutter, and then place on the

baking sheets. Bake for 11-13 minutes or till lightly browned on the sides. The facilities will appear soft.

Remove from the oven and permit cookies to cool before transferring to a wire rack to cool. While the cookies are still warm, I love to press on a couple chocolate chunks/dried cranberries/or almonds to the shirts !
