Pumpkin Sugar Cookies
These pumpkin biscuits are a bit than your conventional sugar cookiecutter. But folks could care less. They will be too busy freaking out on they are on outside and how they're about the inside.
If you do not have pumpkin spice use 1/2 tsp ginger 1 tsp ground cinnamon, and also 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg. And if do not need a cookie that is fluffy, beat the sugar and butter till they blended.

- 1 tsp. Baking soda
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 large egg
- 2 tsp. Pure vanilla extract
- Block cream cheese
- Sugar
- 1 tsp. Pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp.
- Pinch kosher salt
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven and lineup two baking sheets. In a medium bowlwhisk flour, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt together.
- In a large bowl beat till blended. Add dry ingredients until just blended, and stir.
- A tablespoon of cookie dough roll in sugar. Transfer to baking sheet and repeat with remaining dough, spacing cookies.
- Bake until biscuits are golden,. Let cool.
- Frost top of each cookie and sprinkle with cinnamon.
