Orange Chocolate Chip Ricotta Cookies
Everybody will fall in love! They are so great in fact that I put them!
If you have produced ricotta biscuits the ricotta on the other hand that's not don't worry about that.
There is no way I could create them all throughout the vacations, while I have plenty of biscuits recipes but these are a cookie once the Christmas season rolls around, I will make time and time again. They taste just like those chocolate oranges that I adore but much better!
One of my Christmas cookies! Perfectly full and soft of chocolate taste and the fresh orange.

Ingredients
- 2 cups (284g) all-purpose flour (scoop and amount to quantify )
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Glaze
- 2 1/2 Tbsp orange juice
- Flour, salt and baking powder for 20 minutes, place aside.
- From the bowl of an electric stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment cream together sugar, butter and 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp orange peel until blended (scrape bowl as necessary throughout mixing procedure ).
- Mix in egg mix in vanilla and ricotta extract. Add flour mixture and blend.
- Cover bowl and chill 1 - 2 hours till it isn't so sticky and somewhat easier to use (if desired you can freeze it for a little ).
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees during last 20 minutes of bread. (Note, do not use black cookie sheets for this particular recipe or bottoms will burn off ).
- Scoop out bread using a moderate cookie scoop or 2 strands (so you've only a heaping 1 Tbsp) and fall on parchment paper or silicone lining lined baking sheet spacing biscuits 2-inches apart.
- Cease dough. Bake cookies in preheated oven 13 - 14 minutes until set.
- Let cool then transfer to a wire rack to cool. Repeat with remaining dough (putting dough on a trendy baking sheet).
- For the glaze, in a small bowl whisk together sugar, zest and orange juice.
- Let's put at room temperature.
