INGREDIENTS
- 1 Large eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp cream of tarter
- 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows

- Blend sugar and the butter and beat on medium speed until well creamed.
- Add vanilla and the egg extract. Mix into sugar and butter before the egg has been defeated.
- In another bowl, combine cinnamon baking soda, flour and cream of tartar. Add into bread until blended and dough begins to form, and beat on medium speed.
- Then add miniature marshmallows along with the cereal and blend to blend.
- Use a huge cookie scoop (3 tablespoons ) and scoop cookie dough on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Refrigerate the dough however the more the better.
- Permit cookie move to a wire rack to cool then cutter to cool on the sheet for many minutes.
