INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  2. 3 cups minute oats (285g

Directions

  1. By lining with wax paper Get two cookie sheets and put aside.
  2. Milk, combine butter, sugars, and cocoa powder in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Stir ingredients often until butter is totally melted (I suggest having a long wooden spoon for a metal spoon may get quite hot).
  4. Increase heat and bring to a boil.
  5. Boil, still stirring constantly, for 1 minute (I suggest having a timer, watch article for additional information on why it is important not to over or under-boil) then remove from heat. Continue to stir the mixture for many seconds.
  6. Add peanut butter and vanilla extract, melted to the mix and stirring until peanut butter is combined.
  7. Add oats and stir till coated in chocolate.
  8. Dip no cookie mix by roughly 1 1/2-2 Tablespoon-sized spoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
  9. Allow to cool (approximately 20-30 minutes) prior to serving, the biscuits will harden as they cool.
