Marbled Lava Cookies
INGREDIENTS
- Sugar granulated
- 1 egg, and 1 yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 tsp salt
- Butter
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- Pinch of sea salt flakes
INSTRUCTIONS
- From the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment on medium speed, cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Then add the egg yolk and the egg, then beat followed by vanilla. With the mixer on low, slowly add the dry ingredients, beating until incorporated.
