  2. 1 tablespoon corn starch
  3. 1/2 tsp salt
  4. 2 medium bananas

Extract

1 cup peanut butter chips

Directions

  1. Stir together the flour, baking soda, corn starch, and salt in a medium bowl and set aside.
  2. Bananas cream butter, and sugars blended.
  3. Add vanilla extract and blend until blended.
  4. Stir in the flour mixture just until blended.
  5. Stir in chocolate and peanut butter chips.
  6. Cover and simmer for half an hour.

Preheat oven to 375F. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  1. Use a cookie scoop to scoop cookie dough out .
  2. Bake cookies for 10 to 12 minutes or just until they begin to turn light, golden brown at the top.
  3. Let cookies cool on cookie sheets.
  4. Store in airtight containers for up to a week.
