Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookies
Those candy bars would be the inspiration for all these chocolate chip biscuits that are toffee. The biscuits are soft in the center with advantages that are chewy. Also the brown sugar and the pieces give that toffee taste that is rich to the biscuits, and they go with all the chocolate chips.
