Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
Ingredients
For 16 biscuits
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted (115 gram )
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup peanut butter (80 gram )
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (125 gram )
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup miniature peanut butter cup (175 g)
Planning
- In a bowl, then add sugar and the butter and stir to blend.
- Add the egg and mix.
- Stir in the peanut.
- Add baking soda, salt, and the flour.
- Once dough is chilled, then scoop a chunk about two inches (5 cm) wide. Put on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, leaving approximately 2-inches (5 cm) between each ball of dough.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until edges of biscuits are golden.
- Can be kept in an airtight container.
