Peanut Butter Cup Cookies






Ingredients

For 16 biscuits

  1. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted (115 gram )
  2. 1 egg
  3. 1 tsp vanilla
  4. 1/3 cup peanut butter (80 gram )
  5. 1 cup all-purpose flour (125 gram )
  6. 1/2 tsp salt
  7. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  8. 1 cup miniature peanut butter cup (175 g)

Planning

  1. In a bowl, then add sugar and the butter and stir to blend.
  2. Add the egg and mix.
  3. Stir in the peanut.
  4. Add baking soda, salt, and the flour.
  5. Once dough is chilled, then scoop a chunk about two inches (5 cm) wide. Put on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, leaving approximately 2-inches (5 cm) between each ball of dough.
  6. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until edges of biscuits are golden.
  7. Can be kept in an airtight container.
