ITALIAN ALMOND COOKIES
The ideal cut out cookiecutter. You need a fork and 1 bowl. And do not neglect to knead, this dough does not come together in two seconds. A couple of minutes of kneading time is demanded!
The biscuits would freezing . Put the biscuits in one layer between paper, so make sure you keep in even a freezer bag or an air tight container.
The Almond Flour must be kept in a cool dark place and in an air tight container (a Mason Jar such as ). It'll keep for up to a year.

- 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp vanilla milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/3 cup + 1 1/2 tbsp butter (softened)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions
- In a bowl whisk together the flours and sugar and a fork create a well in the center and add the egg yolk, vanilla and butter, blend until blended. This dough is quite simple to make using a Food Processor.
- Proceed to a lightly floured surface and knead to a ball, wrap in plastic and refrigerate for one hour.
- Remove the dough from the refrigerator and onto a lightly floured flat surface roll right into a 1/4 inch (1/2 cm) thick rectangle, along with your favorite cookie cutter cut out biscuits (I used miniature cutters and obtained plenty of biscuits, the very first photograph I used a moderate round cutter and that I got 15 biscuits ).
- Place biscuits on cookie sheet and bake for about 6 minutes (for miniature cookies) around 8 - 10 minutes for bigger. Don't let the cookies brown. Let cool then dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
