In my effort to return to simple, approachable recipes, I would like to eventually share my base recipe with you. If you have made a few of my recipes, you will discover that these no bake peanut butter biscuits very recognizable, but probably with a small number of components added in.

INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 cups smooth peanut butter may utilize any nut or seed butter
- 1/2 cup sticky powders of choice I utilized monk fruit sweetened maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
- Insert your coconut milk and blend until a thick batter stays.
- Using your hands, shape little balls and set on the threaded plate or tray. Press each ball into a flat cookie form, with a fork to cross side.
NOTES
If your batter is too thin, keep incorporating coconut milk until desired depth is reached.
