Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cup coconut oil or Softened butter
  2. 2 Eggs
  3. 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Add softened butter (or coconut oil) and simmer in a rack mixer, mix on medium until blended
  2. Add two eggs and vanilla and blend until blended
  3. Combine baking soda, milk, and salt in a medium bowl
  4. Add dry ingredients and blend until blended
  5. Fold in the Chocolate Chips of Lily
  6. Scoop 18-20 biscuits onto lined baking sheet (you will need 2 based on how large your sheets are). Flatten them out by pressing down on the surface marginally (optional)
  7. Unless you ate them all, let sheets for half an hour or so! These can remain soft and flavorful for 4 days in an air tight container (that is how long they continued in my home!
