XL BROWNED BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Yield: 12-14 biscuits

Ingredients

  1. 14 tbsp. Unsalted butter
  2. Table salt)
  3. Two 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  4. 1/2 tsp. Baking soda
  5. 3/4 chocolate chips
  6. 4 ounces. bittersweet chocolate

Instructions
  1. Put 4 tablespoons of butter in a large bowlplace aside.
  2. In a heavy bottomed saucepan add 10 tbsp of butter. Heat until melted, about 2-3 minutes, then whisk until the butter starts to sizzle, then polyurethane. The butter will get brown with a nutty odor. Eliminate and pour the egg in the bowl that is large. Stir until the butter is melted.
  3. Add sugars whisk until blended. Allow the mixture stand.
  4. In a mixing bowlwhisk the flour and baking soda together.
  5. Whisk the butter mixture for 30 minutes. Allow the mixture stand.

  10. Put one sheet and bake for 12 to 14 minutes, rotating the sheet through. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before moving them to a wire rack to cool.
  11. -If you would like to earn these a typical dimensions, use a typical size spade (1.5 tbsp ), put 1 dozen biscuits on a sheet and then bake them for 10-12 minutes.
