Easy Slice-and-Bake Vanilla Shortbread Cookies
You may make flavorful vanilla biscuits! These crunchy biscuits are yummy with chocolate!
But today's post is biscuits with 4 ingredients: sugar, butter, bread and vanilla. I keep them nearly 40 minutes until they are firm combine of the components, divide the dough in half, create logs from these and bake for 12-14 minutes.

Ingredients
- 105 gram (1/2 cup) sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

- Mixer method: Put the butter in a large bowl when using a stand-mixer before it's soft with a mixer or using paddle attachment and beat on medium speed for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the sugar until fluffy and light.
- Add the vanilla and blend.
- Add flour mixture in 2-3 batches till it is incorporated.
- Option no machine system: Put sugar and the flour in a medium bowl and blend well. With a fork, cut the butter flour and butter blend with your hands on. Use your hands to bring together the dough.
- Split the dough in half and put each on a film. Give a shape and cover with plastic film. Keep them in 4-5 hours in the refrigerator, or the freezer for 40 minutes until they are firm.
- Line baking sheet with silicone baking mat or parchment paper. Put aside.
- Just take the doughs in the freezer/refrigerator and cut the logs to 0.4 inch(1cm)thick pieces.
- Because they are cool, They'll be crunchy.
- You can dip the biscuits if you'd like. Melt the chocolate on bain-marie. Put the chocolate. Stir often. Dip biscuits.
