Grandma’s Soft Sugar Cookies
Christmas baking is my favourite! Who does not enjoy popping an apron turning to a Christmas music and spending baking biscuits and drinking hot chocolate? It is the best! Better yet when you
My Grandma sugar cookie recipe is an cookie exchange recipe. Mainly since they're not hard to create but I may get 3 dozen biscuits. They are stackable making for an cookie! I made a small twist to Grandma's recipe.
I swapped the sugar out At The ® from the recipe with Stevia. I was interested if a recipe (that depended so much on sugar) would turn out as great with half of the sugar. Turns it out! It tastes exactly like it should!
Ingredients
2 large eggs
Extract
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Stevia From The Raw®
1/4 tsp table salt
Colored sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to levels. In a bowl, beat eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, oil and Stevia From The Raw ®.
Mix well. Batter will be tacky.
Get two bowls. 1 bowl with all the sugar with water and one. Dip the bottom of a glass.
Dip it.
Very press on the sugar glass that is coated .
Repeat with sugar and the water .
Bake at one time for approximately 6-10 minutes until golden in colour.
Continue until of the cookies have been boiled. Allow to cool. Store in an airtight container.
Notes
These biscuits are yummy with almond extract rather than vanilla!
