These biscuits were assumed to be the article of Friday, but I only needed to write about biscuits once I sat down to write the article. 8 oz pitted medjool dates ( 1 cup packaged dates)

Extract

1 egg

8 oz melted chocolate

Roasted peanuts, for instance (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. From the bowl of a food processor, combine dates, the peanut butter, and vanilla. Pulse until well blended and big chunks of dates stay. Roll the balls and place onto the baking sheet. With a fork, gently press down on each ball flatten and generate a hatch design. So decide on a timer it is important to not over bake those cookies!

2. Remove from the oven and let cool. To make dipping simpler, freeze the biscuits for 10-15 minutes. Eat. . .or allow the chocolate harden and store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
