TRIPLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
These triple chocolate chunk cookies are totally irresistible. Rich, customizable and fudgy with your favorite chocolate! I've got 4 distinct ways to create these biscuits today... but actually the possibilities are infinite.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butterat room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder like to sub powder that is specific
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp fine sea salt or kosher salt
- 1 cup dark chocolate balls
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowlcream together the sugar and butter. Add vanilla and the eggs and blend until smooth.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa, and salt. Gently pour the flour mixture. Add the flour mixture and blend until blended. Add the chocolate chips and refrigerate the dough for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Scoop the dough on the pan with a massive cookie shovel (or about 2 Tablespoons). Bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges are crisp, yet soft at the center.
