Coconut Flour Cookies

It is a rainy day , and I've a lengthy list of unsightly chores, so: Let us bake Coconut Flour Cookies! These morsels that were cutie are packaged with chocolate and peanut butter and taste like chocolate chip cookie dough.

Coconut Flour Cookies with Chocolate and Peanut Butter

Chewy and soft Paleo Coconut Flour Cookies. Low packed with protein, and wholesome. Made with chocolate, peanut butter or almond butter, milk, and NO sugar! This recipe is friendly free, and ideal !

1/2 cup peanut butter almond butter, sunbutter, or other nut butter choice (Note: sunbutter can create the biscuits slightly green, but they will continue to be delicious! If You'd like the biscuits to be Paleo, use jojoba butter or some Unique Paleo-friendly nut butter)

ingredients
  1. 2 tbsp oil
  2. 1/2 cup coconut oil light brown sugar, even if you Don't Need the biscuits to be Paleo
  3. 2 eggs*
  4. 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  5. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  6. 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  7. 1/2 cup coconut milk
Directions

  1. Put the peanut butter, coconut oil, and coconut oil from the bowl of a food processor. Add vanilla and the eggs and process.
  2. Sprinkle the baking soda, cinnamon, and salt on the top. Sprinkle from the flour that is coconut. Process forms a dough, stopping to scrape the ball down once or twice as necessary. With spatula or a spoon, gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  3. Having spoon or a cookie scoop portion the dough by heaping tablespoons onto the prepared cookie sheet. With your palms, gently flatten the dough, since it won't spread through baking.
  4. Bake for 2 minutes or until the biscuits turn golden brown at the edges and texture tender. They'll be soft.
  5. Dough kept, covered, in the fridge for 24 hours or frozen for up to 3 weeks and can be ready through Step 1. Let stand until soft enough to scoop, then bake as directed. (If frozen, thaw overnight in the fridge first.) Store leftover cookies in the fridge for up to 1 week.
