COCONUT STUFFED BROWNIES
Coconut Stuffed Brownies are just like a macaroon filled inside brownies! It is just like a Mounds bar in brownie form...ideal for your coconut fan in your life!
I had been in a hurry, so I did stop to take photos of this procedure. However, I am pretty sure you guys understand how to create a brownie that I will not lose any sleep. And, to tell the truth, I used a variant of my Cookies and Cream Stuffed Brownies recipe.
The brownies will probably be thick, and you'll have to be certain that they're fully baked, but NOT over Since I needed it to become thick, but sturdy, the feel of this brownie with this particular one is different compared to a standard brownies.

Brownies
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs

- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup miniature chocolate chips

1 (14- oz can) sweetened condensed milk

Directions
- Coat the foil and set aside.
- From the bowl of your stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment blend sugar and the butter for 1-2 minutes on medium speed before blended. Add in vanilla and the eggs and continue mixing until smooth for 1 minute, scraping the sides of the bowl.
- Turn mixer to low and include the cocoa powder and salt, mixing until incorporated. Add the flour, stirring until smooth and blended, and stir in the chocolate chips.
- Pour half at the pan's bottom.
- To prepare your filling, in a bowl stir together the coconut and vanilla till blended.
- Distribute the mixture evenly.
- Top the mix with the remaining brownie batter.
- Bake for 40 minutes, or until the brownies are set.
- Let the brownies to cool before cutting into pubs
