ingredients

3/4 cup sugar 105g

3/4 tsp salt

2 cups chocolate chips

Added sugar for dusting

Directions

Put butter in the bowl of a stand mixer (or you may use a huge bowl along with an electrical mixer) and beat until creamy.

Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt, and beat (begin on low rate and then increase to high) before the mixture is creamy and well-combined.

Gradually add all-purpose flour until ingredients are well integrated (make certain to scrape down the sides and underside of the bowl!) .

Add mini chocolate chips and then use a spatula or your own mixer on low speed to stir them in to your cookie dough (dough will be stiff).

Cookie dough to make a ball.

Bake on 375F (190C) for 10-12 minutes or until underside edges are only starting to turn light golden brown.

Remove from oven and sugar overtop snacks while they're still warm.

Allow to cool and revel in!
