- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and SPRAY.

- Spoon the batter onto the sprayed parchment lined sheets, about 1 tbsp per scoop (With a small cookie scoop makes this very simple!) You are likely to wind up with roughly 12 mounds per sheet. Allow the cookie sheets break for 30 minutes before bakingpreheating oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes are glistening and gently cracked. The borders will be put and the centre undercooked.
- Allow the cookies cool prior to transferring them into a rack to finish cooling.
- Should you bypass letting them sit for half an hour, they will turn out nice. They spread and have a different look. (See picture posted previously )
- UPDATE (4/18) Many readers have commented that the cookies were rather sweet. Adding nuts balances the tastes and gives a salty crunch to the cookies. That the biscuits may need to consume and will probably be rounder when adding nuts.
