COCONUT CREAM CHEESE COOKIES

The dough is very straightforward. And, I'll say this...in case you are not a cream cheese individual, it is cool...you do not really TASTE the cream cheese at them. It assists with the feel that is delicate and adds sparkle

Do not over-bake those...the bottoms together with get gold brown, and that is when they are done. They may also look somewhat"tall" if you take them from the oven, just like they did not actually spread...that is fine. They settle as they cool and all will be OK. Promise.
