- Sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup miniature chocolate chips
- 8 ounces chocolate wafers
Directions
- In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to beat butter and powdered sugar together until fluffy and light. Insert vanilla extract and beat till blended.
- Add only until flour disappears. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Transfer bread to set between 2 layers of plastic wrap, or a plastic bag. Refrigerate about 1 to 2 hours, until firm on a level surface.
- Remove out of plastic and use a butter knife to cut to rectangles or squares. Bits cut .
- Bake until edges are only kissed with brownish.
- Melt chocolate in a microwave safe bowl with microwaving on high for 30 minutes at a time, stirring between. Dip biscuits in chocolate covering 1/2 or even 1/3 of this cookie and move to parchment paper.
