Cranberry White Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 large egg
  2. 1 Tablespoon molasses
  3. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  4. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  5. 1/4 tsp salt
  6. 1 and 2 2/3 cups rolled oats
  7. 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  8. . dried

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, cream butter and brown and white sugar till smooth.
  2. Beat in molasses, eggs and vanilla.
  3. Stir into the butter and sugar bowl.
  4. Stir in white chocolate chips, oats and cranberries.
  5. Roll the dough and simmer for approximately 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 325 F. Bake the biscuits for 10-11 minutes or until lightly browned. Don't over bake. Let cool on the cookie sheets for a couple of minutes and then move to a wire rack.
