INGREDIENTS

For your sugar biscuits:

  1. 2 tsp baking powder
  2. 1/2 tsp salt
  3. 1 cup (200 g ) sugar

  7. 2 cups (240 g ) powdered sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

  7. To check the icing, lift the whisk (or spoon) in the mixing jar, you still need to find the ribbons of icing that fall back in the bowl for a couple seconds. Add more milk to thin or add sugar to make it thicker if necessary.
  8. Into mixing bowls separate the icing and add food coloring. If the icing gets thinner due to the food coloring, then add a bit more powdered sugar till it's attained your desired consequences.
  9. When measuring your bread *, do not scoop it. Stir around, spoon it and then level it off.
