Unicorn Poop Cookies

I can not possibly think to bring a grin to a teenager's face. McKenna, my adolescent, is adoring the unicorn trend. We celebrated her birthday and that which was unicorn. We had a ice cream cake from Dairy Queen, her sleepover guests all were gifted a mug along with a. Gifts out of her friends, and people from John.e and me, were largely unicorn themed. There was purple, pink, and glitter!

You're immediately surprised by the burst of flavour -- since that unicorn blossom would flavor, If you bite into one of those delights? (Do not answer that!)

Unicorn Poop Cookies

Ingredients

1. 3 egg yolks
2. 2 mint infusion
3. 1 tsp baking soda
4. 1/2 tsp baking powder
5. 1/2 tsp salt
6. 1 cup miniature candy coated chocolate chips, assorted colors
7. 1/4 cup class white sugar
8. 1/4 cup class pink sugar

Directions

1. From the bowl of a stand mixer, cream the sugar and butter until fluffy and light.
2. Beat in food colouring the mint infusion, and salt.
3. Add baking powder, baking soda, and the flour. On low speed, let the ingredients to incorporate the dry.
4. Stir in the miniature candy and candy coated chocolate chips.
5. At a small bowl mix together the course sugar that is white and pink. Put aside.
6. Use a scoop. The shirts of the cookie dough mounds.
7. Set the cookie dough and bake for 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool before transferring to a wire rack.
8. Add a drop or 2 of this food colouring if you'd like a purple color. Purple was a personal choice - !
