Here is the time of season for many things cookie! Among my favourite candy bars is Almond Joy. To me they're amazing. What's your favorite candy bar? Are you currently a lover that is snickers? Perhaps You prefer even a 3 Musketeers or a Twix. These Batch Almond Joy Cookies are the ideal mix of semi sweet chocolate, coconut and almonds. They are amazing and I had freeze them until I eat far too several of these beauties.

These Batch Almond Joy Cookies are the ideal mix of semi sweet chocolate, coconut and almonds. They may be frozen and baked .
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/8 cups all purpose flour (1 cup plus 1 tbsp )
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup chopped almonds
DIRECTIONS
- In small bowl whisk to blend flour, salt and baking soda. Put aside.
- Using mixer cream sugar and butter. Add egg and vanilla and blend until incorporated. Combine the mix. Stir in almonds, coconut flakes and chocolate chips.
- Using 1 1/2 tbsp cookie scoop drop spoonfuls on parchment covered cookie sheets. Allow to cool for ten minutes.
