Ingredients
  1. 1 Large Egg
  2. 1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
  3. 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  4. 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar, For Rolling

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Get a baking sheet with parchment paper or non stick cooking spray.
  2. Put in a large bowl or at the bowl of your stand mixer beat the sugar.
  3. Mix in the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, and salt.
  4. Lay the dough by rounded tablespoon fulls. Dip the biscuits and place 2 inches apart onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 13-15 minutes until set. Remove cookies to a wire rack to cool.
