CHRISTMAS GOOEY BUTTER COOKIES

ingredients
- 1 (8 ounces ) Package cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sprinkles, split
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cream the butter and the cream cheese together. Add the vanilla and the egg and beat until blended. Beat from the cake mix until well mixed. Stir of this sprinkles in 1/4 cup. Refrigerate even overnight or a minumum of one hour.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a cookie sheet or line with parchment paper. Decked out skillet of dough and roll. Sprinkle the ball with sprinkles roll into the confectioner's sugar until coated. Put about 2 inches apart on the prepared cookie sheet. Bake 8 minutes then allow to sit down before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
